Every apartment here is the same size, and that size is the point. Two en-suite bedrooms, a separate living and dining room, and a full kitchen — room for a family of four to stop living on top of each other.

Two-bedroom apartments in Hua Hin

What 148 square metres actually buys you.

A hotel room in Hua Hin is 30 to 40 sqm. A typical two-bedroom condominium is 70 to 90. Ours are 148 — and the extra space is in the living room and the kitchen, which is where a family actually spends its day.

  1. Master bedroom with a big bed and its own bathroom.
  2. Second bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom — so children, or a second couple, are not sharing.
  3. Separate living and dining room, not a corridor with a sofa in it.
  4. Full western kitchen — oven, hob, fridge, proper counter space.
  5. Private terrace or balcony, facing the lagoon.
  6. Air conditioning throughout, and a washing machine in the apartment.

For families

Sleeping four, five or six.

The rate covers four — the master bed plus the twin room. A fifth guest sleeps on the day bed in the master, a sixth on the sofa. Beyond four it is THB 500 per person, per stay, not per bed.

Why families end up here rather than in a hotel: two bathrooms means nobody queues. A kitchen means breakfast happens without getting everyone dressed first, and a fussy eater is not a crisis. A washing machine means you pack for a week and stay a month. And the lagoon starts at the ground-floor terraces, so small children swim within sight of the apartment rather than across a resort.

Guests also have access to the Sheraton facilities inside the same compound, including the kids’ club, on the published resident terms. We’ll send the current details with your booking.

Two types, same size

Ground floor or upper floor.

  1. Lagoon Access — ground floor. The terrace opens straight onto the water. Step off it and swim. Best for families with young children and anyone who swims twice a day.
  2. Lagoon View — upper floor. A balcony above the water and the gardens. Quieter, better light, better view. Best if you want the outlook more than the immediate access.
