The apartment

One apartment, 148 square metres — seven times over.

All seven suites are the same home: two en-suite bedrooms, a full western kitchen, a dining table for six, and a private terrace over the water. Independently run since 2012, so you deal with the manager, not a ticket number.

Walk a metre and you are swimming. Best if the pool is the point of the trip — morning lengths, long afternoons on the loungers. Small premium over Lagoon View.

Elevated views, morning light, more breeze and less pool-side traffic. Best for long stays where quiet matters.
The Lagoon

Real swimming, not just a dip.

The lagoon runs 1.25 kilometres through the whole compound — deep enough for proper lengths, shaded in stretches by tropical planting. The beach is about eight minutes on foot through the resort grounds.

Our specialty

Built for a month, a season, or longer.

Most guests come for one to three months over the European winter. They unpack properly, cook, swim before breakfast, and get to know the staff. The longer you book, the better the rate — and returning guests who book direct get a further 5% off.

What's included, what's metered

Included
The apartment, Wi-Fi, and full use of the 1.25 km lagoon pool.
Electricity & water
Metered separately at THB 7 per unit (electricity) and THB 30 per unit (water) — the same rate your Thai neighbours pay. Typical long stays run THB 150–350 a day depending on air-conditioning habits. Metering separately is why the base rent stays competitive with much smaller studios: you pay for what you actually use, not an average built in for everyone.
Cleaning
Stays over 5 days include a weekly clean at THB 800 (fresh linen and towels). Extra cleans any time at THB 800. Stays of 1–5 nights get a full clean at checkout at no charge.
Deposit
Refundable, scaling with length: THB 1,000 a day, THB 5,000 a week, THB 15,000 a month — capped and negotiable for season-long stays, just ask. Returned in cash at checkout once the meters are read together.
Season & unit
High season (Nov–Mar) differs from low, and Lagoon Access carries a small premium over Lagoon View. Send your dates and we'll confirm the exact number.
