A home for the season, not a hotel room by the month.
Most long-stay options in Hua Hin fall into two camps: a hotel room sold at a monthly rate, or an empty condo you furnish yourself. We are neither. Each of our seven apartments is 148 sqm — larger than most Bangkok condominiums — with two en-suite bedrooms, a separate living and dining room, a full western kitchen, a washing machine, and a private terrace.
They are furnished and serviced, and they sit inside the same gated, landscaped compound as the Sheraton, wrapped around one of the longest residential pools in Thailand. We have been independently owned and operated here since 2012. Guests arrive for a month and quite regularly extend to three.

The rate, and everything that sits underneath it.
The apartment, furnished and serviced. Rates move with the season, so ask us for your dates.
Metered. You pay what you actually use, at the rate we are charged — never a flat mark-up.
What a four-guest stay running air conditioning normally has actually come to. Your bill will be your own meter, not this number.
For stays longer than five days. Linen and towels changed, apartment cleaned through.
Held against the metered electricity and water, and returned after the final reading.
You are booking with the owners. No platform takes a cut in either direction — and returning guests who book direct get a further 5% off.
The answers that start mattering in week two.
- Medical. Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin is 25 minutes away — international standard, English-speaking, used to overseas patients.
- Getting to town. Central Hua Hin is 15 minutes, Cha-Am 10. The Sheraton front desk arranges a car for THB 300 a trip for up to four people, or a minibus for THB 500. Grab and Bolt both cover the area.
- Laundry. A washing machine in the apartment, not a shared basement room.
- Wi-Fi. In every apartment, included.
- Getting here. About 2 hours 30 minutes by road from either Bangkok airport. Full detail on the location page.
- Arriving and leaving. Check-in 2:00–5:00 pm, check-out 11:00 am. Tell us in advance if your flight lands awkwardly and we will work around it.
- Extra guests. The rate covers four. Beyond that it is THB 500 per person.
What we don’t have.
A long stay is long enough that the gaps matter more than the photographs, so here they are in advance.
- No Netflix in the apartments. Bring your own subscription and a laptop, or use the TV as a screen.
- No pets. The condominium management does not permit them. If you have seen us listed as pet-friendly somewhere, that listing is wrong and not ours.
- No reception desk. We are seven apartments, not a hotel. Khun Earn runs the property and you deal with her directly — which is faster than a front desk once you know it, and worth knowing before you arrive.
- We are not the Sheraton. We share the compound, the gate and the grounds with it, and guests can use its facilities on the published resident terms — but we are independently owned, and you book with us, not with them.
